How we handle what you share with us.
Last updated 30 July 2026
Bliss is a sole trader: Thorranze Cheung, working under the name Bliss. That one named person is the data controller for everything you send through this site. The only information we ask for is what you type into the portfolio request form, and this page explains exactly what happens to it afterwards.
No jargon, no hidden clauses. If anything here is unclear, ask us and we will explain it properly.
01 — WHAT WE COLLECT
01 — WHAT WE COLLECT
When you ask to see the portfolio, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and the note you write about your project. That is the whole list. You hand it to us on purpose, and we do not go looking for anything else.
Our site is built and hosted on Framer. Like any host, Framer processes the technical basics needed to serve a page to you, and records anonymous, aggregated visit data so we can see which pages people actually read. None of it identifies you.
02 — WHY WE ASK
02 — WHY WE ASK
Three reasons, and no others. To know who is asking. To send you the portfolio. To write back if what you are building looks like something we could help with.
Your note matters to us because it tells us what you are actually trying to make. We read it. We do not feed it into a profile, a scoring system, or an advertising audience.
03 — WHERE IT GOES
03 — WHERE IT GOES
Form submissions are written to a private spreadsheet inside Google Workspace, which is our record of who has requested access. Google stores and processes that data on our behalf, under its own terms as our processor.
Access is limited to Bliss, which in practice means one person. We do not sell your details, rent them, trade them, or pass them to advertisers. We will not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
04 — HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
04 — HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We hold on to an enquiry for as long as the conversation is alive, and for up to twenty-four months afterwards in case you come back to it. After that we delete it.
If you would rather we deleted yours sooner, just say the word. We will not make you justify it.
05 — YOUR RIGHTS
05 — YOUR RIGHTS
At any point you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it altogether. You can withdraw your consent as easily as you gave it.
One email is enough. We will act on it within thirty days, and we will not ask you why.
06 — COOKIES & TRACKING
06 — COOKIES & TRACKING
We do not set advertising cookies and we do not run third-party tracking pixels. Framer may set a small number of essential cookies needed to deliver the site and remember your preferences.
There is nothing here that follows you around the rest of the internet.
07 — CHILDREN
07 — CHILDREN
This site and the work behind it are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will remove them.
08 — WHEN THIS CHANGES
08 — WHEN THIS CHANGES
If the way we handle your data changes, we will rewrite this page and move the date at the top. If a change materially affects information you have already given us, we will tell you directly rather than leaving you to find it here.
09 — GET IN TOUCH
09 — GET IN TOUCH
Questions, requests, or complaints about your data go to hello@blissbuild.world. It comes straight to Thorranze, and you will get a reply.
